 We are looking to hire Sales Contractors to contribute to the growth of our Project Acquisition and Sales Department. Responsibilities include acquiring new customers, maintaining a positive relationship with customers who are signed under contract, and cold calling recently affected areas. To be successful in this role you need to have great people skills, a high drive to succeed, and great work ethic.

Note: This position is 100% commission based, rate of pay starts at 15% of gross profit afte

•  Establish and maintain your own customer relationships
• Assess each customers needs and perform inspections of their roof and property
• Take detailed photographs and document damage while performing inspections
• Maintain positive relationships with customers under contract
• Report directly to management regarding new customers and give a detailed reports of the finding of the inspection
• Bring a will to succeed and a drive to make the customers experience the best it can possibly be

•  Act with integrity, knowledge, commitment, and radical transparency to promote the mission and culture of AmVet Roofing and Contracting
• Must be able to climb a ladder, walk across roofs, and lift 25+ lbs

• 16+ years old
• Must have clean, reliable transportation
• Ability to learn and understand construction terms and products
• Ability to learn and understand the processes involved in assessing roofs for damage caused by storms or other natural events
• Must understand the process of cold calling sales
• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Previous construction experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Basic math skills
